The Philadelphia 76ers “Get to the Net” Contest (the “Contest”) is only open to legal residents of Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey, who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. The following persons and their dependents are not eligible to enter or win: employees of Comcast SportsNet Philadelphia, L.P., Philadelphia 76ers, L.P. (“Contest Sponsor”), LiveHive Systems Inc., the National Basketball Association and its member teams and NBA Properties, Inc. and the parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and members of household of each of the above.
The Contest will begin on Saturday, April 19, 2008 upon posting and end at the conclusion of the last Philadelphia 76ers playoff game of the 2007-08 season televised on Comcast SportsNet (the “Contest Period”). All visitors to sixers.com who have a valid and active account (the “Account”) to play the Philadelphia 76ers “Get To The Net” on-line game and who are otherwise eligible to enter the Contest (the “Eligible Account Holders”) will be automatically entered into the Contest and will be eligible to win a prize.
There are one (1) Participatory Prize and one (1) Grand Prize available to be won.
The Participatory Prize consists of two (2) club box seats to the 2008-09 Philadelphia 76ers opening regular season game at the Wachovia Center (Approximate Retail Value: $300).
The Grand Prize consists of consists of (i) four (4) club box seats to a 2008-09 Philadelphia 76ers regular season game at the Wachovia Center (choice of game shall be in the sole discretion of the Contest Sponsor), (ii) a jersey autographed by Andre Iguodala and (iii) the opportunity to make an on-court appearance and be acknowledged as the “Fan of the Game” prior to the gameís start (Approximate Retail Value: $480).
Odds of winning the Participatory Prize depend on the number of Eligible Account Holders and the number of answers (both correct and incorrect) provided in the Philadelphia 76ers “Get To The Net” on-line game. Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on number of Eligible Account Holders and the number of correct answers provided in the Philadelphia 76ers “Get To The Net” on-line game.
All expenses not stated herein (including, but not limited to, taxes and fees on each prize and other personal expenses incurred in connection with the redemption, receipt and/or use of a prize or participating in any prize-related activity) are the responsibility of each winner. No extension of event dates will be granted, except at the sole discretion of the Contest Sponsor.
Eligible Account Holders will receive one (1) entry for each question answered in the Philadelphia 76ers “Get To The Net” on-line game, regardless of whether a correct answer is entered. At the conclusion of the Contest, the Contest Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Contest Period to select one (1) Participatory Prize Winner.
The Eligible Account Holder who has the highest cumulative score over the length of the Contest Period will be eligible to win the Grand Prize. Points will be awarded in accordance with the Game Rules.
In the event of a tie, the eligible winner will be selected by the Contest Sponsor in a random drawing.
The eligible Grand Prize Winner will be contacted following the finalization of point allocation by the Contest Sponsor (or following the random drawing, if such is necessary) and the eligible Participatory Prize Winner will be contacted following the random drawing by e-mail at the e-mail address provided by the entrant in their Account information. If the selected entrant does not meet all of the Contest conditions, does not sign and return any declaration and release forms required by the Contest Sponsor to be signed or contact cannot be made by the Contest Sponsor within twenty-four (24) hours of its first contact attempt, that entry will be disqualified and the Contest Sponsor shall be entitled to award the prize to the next highest scorer or, if applicable, to randomly select a new Eligible Account Holder. The Contest Sponsor is not responsible, whether as a result of human error or otherwise, for any failure to contact any potential winner. Once declared the winner, the selected entrant will be directed as to how to claim his/her prize.
The Contest Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value and/or to terminate, modify or withdraw this Contest, in whole or in part (including altering the manner in which the prizes are distributed), at any time, without prior notice for any reason including, but not limited to, the delay or cancellation of the National Basketball League game(s) for which any prize is awarded, or, if viruses, bugs, tampering or other causes beyond the Contest Sponsorís control affect the administration, security, fairness or proper play or conduct of the Contest. In the event a substitute prize is awarded, such prize must be accepted as awarded and cannot be exchanged for cash or otherwise.
By entering this Contest, each entrant consents to the use of his/her name, image, photograph, statement(s) and city and state of residence by Comcast SportsNet Philadelphia, L.P., the Contest Sponsor, the National Basketball Association and NBA Properties, Inc., without further compensation, authorization or remuneration, for any and all publicity purposes, commercial or otherwise, in all media.
By entering the Contest, each entrant agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Comcast SportsNet Philadelphia, L.P., the Contest Sponsor, LiveHive Systems Inc., the National Basketball Association and its member teams and NBA Properties, Inc. and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, governors, agents and advertising and promotional agencies (collectively, the “Released Parties”) against any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described with respect to or arising out of either: (i) entrant’s participation in the Contest; (ii) the receipt or use of the prizes awarded herein; or (iii) the administration of the Contest (including winner selection) and distribution of the prizes awarded herein.
Entrants hereby release, waive and discharge any and all claims of damage, loss or causes of action (including, negligence), including (but not limited to) death, personal injury or loss or damage to property, which the entrant or any of the entrant’s representatives, heirs, next of kin or assignees (“Entrant’s Representatives”) may have or which may hereinafter accrue to the entrant or Entrant Representatives against the Released Parties as a result of the entrant’s participation in the Contest or the receipt or use of the prize(s) awarded herein.
All applicable local, state and federal taxes, if any, and any and all expenses not specified in these Contest Rules are the sole responsibility of and will be paid for by each winner.

By entering the Contest, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Contest Rules and all decisions of the Contest Sponsor, which decisions are final with respect to all matters relating to the Contest, including (without limitation) the selection of prize winners.
The Contest Sponsor may terminate, modify, suspend or withdraw from this Contest (and/or any aspect thereof, including methods for selection of the prize winners), in whole or in part, at any time without notice for any reason, without liability, at its sole discretion. Further, the Contest Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person and void any entries of that person who it believes has tampered with the entry process or any other component of the Contest, whose conduct or action affects the administration, security or fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest, or who fails to meet or abide by the Contest Rules and conditions.
The Contest Sponsor does not assume any responsibility for tampering, theft, defects, viruses, human errors including negligence, deletions, technical or telephone, computer line, network, server, access providers, computer equipment or software problems, undeliverable messages, computer errors, lost, misdirected, late or incomplete entries or inaccurate capture of information or any online difficulties that may result in damage or malfunction the computer or the failure of the Contest Sponsor to process any entry and otherwise award any prize. Nor is responsibility assumed by the Contest Sponsor for printing errors appearing in these Contest Rules or related Contest materials. In addition, the Contest Sponsor will not assume any responsibility of any nature whatsoever in all cases where its inability to hold the Contest or to remit the prizes to the winners results from a cause beyond its control, including Acts of God, weather conditions, strike, lock-out or other labor dispute. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should an attempt be made, the Contest Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.
